To receive you refund you will need to contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved you can mail the item back to us at your own expense. The original shipping amount if paid will not be eligible for a refund. If you send us the item without contacting us, we will not be able to offer you a refund. You have 30 days from the time you receive your return confirmation, to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase minus shipping.
